Biographies:
Jack Newell
Chairman and Senior Consultant
Jack’s experience as an investment consultant, equity analyst and money manager began in 1985. Jack received his B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1976, and his M.A. from George Mason University in 1980. Jack’s previous experience includes Assistant Vice President at Society Bank, N.A. (1984-1989), Senior Trust Officer for United National Bank (1982-1984), and Investment Officer for Nations bank (1971-1982). He also enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.

Joshua Smittkamp, CRPS®, AIF®
Chief Operating Officer & Senior Consultant
In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Josh is the chief analyst for mutual funds and money manager research. Josh began his consulting career when he joined Dover in 2001. Josh received his BS from Wright State University and has successfully completed the College for Financial Planning’s CRPS ® (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist) program of study.
