Richard A. Campbell,

Mr. Campbell has twenty-four years of
professional experience, is a principal owner of the firm, and is Dover's chief
strategist.
Rich is a member of Dover's Investment
Strategy Group and is the firm's Fixed Income Specialist. His primary
responsibilities include active management of clients' portfolios, market
research and presenting Dover's investment services to prospective clients.
With a B.S. Degree in Business, Indiana
University and an M.B.A. Degree in Finance from Western Michigan University,
Mr. Campbell was the founding principal of Dover after previous experience as a
senior trust investment officer for a national bank.
Mr. Campbell's professional credentials
include the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); membership in the
Society of Financial Analysts; CFA Continuing Accreditation Programs; and
membership in the Association of Investment Management and Research.

Mr. Newell has over
twenty-eight years of professional experience and is a principal owner of the
firm. He is also the architect of Dover's equity selection process -
Dover's three Equity Disciplines.
Mr. Newell leads Dover's Investment
Strategy Group which makes all investment decisions and directs economic and
market research.
Mr. Newell received a B.A. Degree in
Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and a M.A.
Degree in Economics from George Mason University. Before co-founding Dover, his
prior experience was with a national bank as a senior trust investment officer
managing personal, employee-benefit accounts and a state-wide stock fund.

Andrea J. Pendergraft, CFA Executive Vice President and Chief Operating

Andrea has over seventeen years of
professional experience, is Dover's chief operating officer, and is a
co-founder of the firm.
She is a member of the Investment
Strategy Group. Her primary responsibilities are portfolio management,
analytical reporting and securities research. Andrea also directs many of
Dover's special services such as the "Women and
Investing" program.
Andrea has a B.S. Degree in Financial
Services from Wright State University. Prior experience includes a position as
an investment and performance analyst for a national bank, performing directed
research, preparing performance reports and conducting analytical studies.
Andrea's professional credentials
include the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); membership in the
Society of Financial Analysts; and membership in the Association of Investment
Management and Research. |

Ralph J. Waldvogel,

Ralph has thirty-five years
of experience within the financial industry with an extensive background in
trusts and union relations. He was educated at the
University of Cincinnati and Harvard College, and has a B.S. degree in
Economics
Coming to Dover from a national banking
firm, Ralph's primary duties are presenting Dover's Taft-Hartley fund
management services. His valuable experience and expertise assist Dover's union
clients in creating and implementing the investment strategy best suited to
their members' needs. |

Jennifer joined Dover in
1993. She is Dover's Chief Compliance Officer.
Jennifer is also responsible for overseeing Dover's trading
process and for the communication of account information
among various departments. |
